DESCRIPTION:\nPilgrimage has long been part of the Church’s way of formin
g faith—not as religious tourism\, but as a disciplined attentiveness to
  place\, prayer\, and shared journey. In August 2026\, Such a pilgrimage i
s offered: a small-group Christian journey through Scotland\, shaped by th
e spiritual imagination of Celtic Christianity and led pastorally by Dean
Christopher Pappas and Fr Ron Culmer.\nThis is not a tour with prayers add
ed on. It is a pilgrimage designed for those who seek depth rather than sp
ectacle\, rhythm rather than hurry\, and a form of travel that allows spac
 e for silence\, conversation\, worship\, and reflection.\nThe Journey\nOve
r seventeen days\, the pilgrimage will move through Scotland’s landscape
s and historic centres\, including extended time in places central to the
Christian story of these islands. Alongside lochs\, highlands\, and ancien
t cities\, the journey will include time on Lindisfarne and Iona—site
s that continue to shape Christian prayer\, theology\, and mission across
traditions.\nTraveling as a small group allows the pilgrimage to move at a
humane pace. The journey is pastorally led\, with attention to both indiv
idual experience and shared life\, and is designed to support spiritual re
newal rather than constant activity.\nWho This Pilgrimage Is For\nThis pil
