DESCRIPTION:Centering Prayer: This simple practice is twenty minutes of sil
ence using the pattern of Centering Prayer taught by Thomas Keating and Cy
nthia Bourgeault.\nLectio Divina:  A slow and meditative reading of scri
pture. A reading made more with the heart than with the mind with no pract
ical aim but simply to allow oneself to be impregnated with the word of Go
 d. We are invited to go beyond a rapid study or quick exercise to arrive a
t a deeper understanding of the unity of our lived experience of our inter
ior attitude and life’s daily activities allowing ourselves to be questi
oned\, challenged\, ad formed through Lectio and all elements and encounte
rs through the day. We listen to God to carry the contemplative practice o
f the Presence of God into all activities of the day.  \nZOOM in Here.\nF
